A fantastic community hospital in Southern Wisconsin is currently seeking an Occupational Health Advanced Practice provider who strives for quality and patient centered care. Qualified candidates will have at least three years of clinical experience in an ambulatory care, occupational health, family practice or emergency department setting. Some of the duties of the position include- prescribe or recommend medications or other forms of treatment such as physical therapy, inhalation therapy, or related therapeutic procedures; ability to do minor sutures and splinting; having an understanding of Chronic Diseases and the impact on employee health. This position offers a Monday-Friday schedule, excellent benefits, CME and Malpractice. The position is about 45 minutes from Madison, an hour from Milwaukee and less than two hours from Chicago.
