Job Description
The primary focus of the Occupational Medicine Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant is to provide patient-centered, compassionate healthcare services to the communities served. Details:
• Permanent, full-time position
• Apply assessment and treatment principles directed toward conserving the health and saftey of employees by using a preventative approach in evaluation, health screening, immunization, and education
• Serve as liaison for work-related injuries/illnesses, fitness for duty, and ADA issues between supervisors, employees, physicians, and insurer
• Perform Employee Health activities within the scope of practice

Qualifications
• Graduation from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program or an accredited Physician Assistant program approved by the American Medical Association
• Minimum one year of experience in employee health, occupational medicine, or other health related specialty required
• Valid Oregon Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner license
