SUMMARY:

We are hiring an experienced Nurse Practitioner for an Occupational Nurse Practitioner position in Beautiful Los Angeles, CA! We will consider candidates with a Family Practice or Occupational Medicine background!

Job Type: Full-time

Candidate will serve as the primary Nurse Practitioner for employee Occupational Health and Workers’ Compensation clinical management. Directly responsible for occupational health medical care for injured employees within our hospital! Provides case management for all work-related injuries. Assists in managing the Workers’ Compensation Program in conjunction with the Director of Employee Health Services and the Vice President of Legal Affairs. Maintains federal and state recordkeeping requirements with respect to Occupational Health.

This position reports directly to the Director, Employee Health Services. The medical aspects of this position are supervised by the Medical Director of Employee Health Services.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • One year experience as a Nurse Practitioner in Family Practice or Occupational Medicine.

  • Master’s degree in Nursing.

  • Current California Board of Nursing Nurse Practitioner license.

  • Current California Board of Nursing Furnishing number.

  • National Certification in an NP specialty (or within 1 year of hire).

  • BCLS or ACLS Certification

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:

  • Salary: $110,000.00 to $165,000.00 /year
