Dates coverage is needed: Dec 10 - April 12, potential to extend
Schedule: Mon – Fri 10am-7pm
Scope of Practice: Urgent care, DOT physicals and workers comp
Volume: 22 ppd per provider
Requirements: CA lic, DEA, DOT, BLS, 2+ ys of experience
