Practice Overview:

We are seeking an enthusiastic BC/BE Female Pelvic Medicine and Reconstructive Surgery (FPMRS) Physician Assistant who has exceptional clinical and interpersonal skills to join our growing practice. Within the network, we have collaboration with other subspecialties such as gynecologic oncology, colorectal surgery, urology, and of course gynecology. In addition to traditional surgical approaches such as abdominal, vaginal and laparoscopic, state-of-the-art robotic technology is available along with very well trained and efficient ancillary staff.

Position Responsibilities/Work Schedule:

  • Approximately 3-4 OR days per month
  • Assisting Robotic cases, clinic all other days; minimal rounding responsibilities
  • 7AM-4PM with no nights, weekends, or holidays
  • Responsible for first call for emergencies, no rounding/inpatient responsibilities (Mon-Thurs. in a three-week rotation schedule)
    • Call volume can range between 0-3 calls per week

Job Qualifications:

  • Experience in GYN Preferred, new graduates encouraged as well
  • Must be Board Eligible or Board Certified
  • A current PA Medical License or ability to obtain one is required
  • Suturing experience preferred
  • Personable, enthusiastic and detail orientated
