USGP has a full-time Physician Assistant to support the Department of Surgery & Neurosurgery at Walter Reed National Military Medical Center (WRNMMC) in Bethesda, Maryland. In this role you will work independently and collaboratively with physicians, residents, physician assistants and nurses in the management of complex neurosurgical problems.

Position Requirements:
- Must have a minimum of two (2) consecutive years of neurosurgical clinical experience.
- Valid unrestricted Physician Assistant License from ANY state, territory or commonwealth of the United States.
- Possess NCCPA board certification.
- Knowledge of the principles of growth and development appropriate to the appropriate patient population served: Infants, Children, Adolescent, Adults, and Geriatric (>65).
- Shall be able to read, write, speak and understand English well enough to effectively communicate with all patients and other health care providers.
