Details:
- Permanent, full-time position
- 378-bed regional referral and trauma center featuring the latest medical technology
- Will be working with a team of 3 Neurologists, Practice Manager, MA's and support staff
- Will provide care to established Neurology patients within a defined scope of practice
- Depending on experience, this Provider will have additional responsibilities including supporting hospital consults

Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program or an accredited Physician Assistant program approved by the American Medical Association
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Provider in Neurology is required
- Valid Oregon Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner license
- DEA certificate required
- BLS certification required
