NNP or PA with NICU Experience Opportunity


Seeking a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with extensive NICU experience to provide care to preterm and term newborn infants in the NICU. The Neonatal Intensive Care Unit, a level IV center, consists of 52 NICU Beds and a 20 bed step down unit. The only tertiary facility designed especially for pediatric patients and includes ECMO and pediatric surgery programs.

Job Requirements include:

  • Neonatal Nurse Practitioner or Experienced Physician Assistant with extensive NICU experience or completion/anticipated completion of post-graduate NICU residency/fellowship
  • NC RN licensure & NC Nurse Practitioner or NC licensure as a Physician Assistant
  • National Board Certification as a Neonatal NP or as PA required, including maintenance
  • 2+ years of experience in health care setting
