**Neonatal Nurse Practitioner opening in North Carolina*** Located in ***Fayetteville, NC*** - just 65 miles from Raleigh!* Service area of 335,000 people* Full-time, permanent opening* Hospital-employed position* Joining a NICU to work in collaboration with the Neonatologists* Schedule: 3, 14-hour shifts per week (sometimes longer as needed) * NNPs primarily used for nights, but may do days depending upon staffing needs* No call* Day Shift averages 6-8 patients per day while night shift covers the ICU and intermediate nursery* They cover high risk deliveries and do transport from outlying hospitals* The unit does not care for surgical babies* FMV compensation plus generous benefits including Paid Malpractice, CME Time and Allowance, Accrued Paid Time Off, retirement, health, dental, and other desirable benefits!
