A hospital based in New York is in need of a physician assistant who is able to provide locum tenens coverage for approximately four months starting in early June with a possible extension. On a typical day, the locum tenens PA can expect to see between nine and fourteen neonatal patients for a variety of cases including Resuscitations, Intubations, Central Line, but NO cardiac. The provider will work three 12 hour shifts from either 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. or 6 p.m. to 6 a.m. per week, three weeks of day, three weeks of nights and will not be on schedule two days in a row unless requested. This facility uses Cerner, Powerchart and Neodata EMR.
