OPEN POSITION:

SCHEDULE:
- Full-Time
- Monday through Friday
- 8:00am to 5:00pm
- No Nights, Weekends, or On-Call


COMPENSATION:
- $150,000 to $175,000+ Annual Salary, dependent upon experience
- Malpractice Insurance

COMPANY PROFILE:
This dedicated, passionate organization is a long-standing presence in the San Jose, San Francisco, and Oakland healthcare markets. Their locations are spacious, modern buildings with comfortable areas dedicated to each medical provider. Appproximately 95% of their patients are Spanish-speaking and their mission is to deliver the most affordable, high quality healthcare possible to the local Hispanic community.


POSITION DESCRIPTION:
The new primary care provider will see an average of 15 to 20 patients per day.

All visits are prepped and supported by one or more dedicated medical assistants.

Typical duties include, but are not limited to:

- annual check-ups
- minor acute care
- chronic disease management
- patient health education
- medical weight loss

The clinics use an EHR and have a dedicated pharmacy.

This is a highly autonomous position with an off-site supervising physician, providing an opportunity for independent practice for experienced NPs and PAs. Each clinic will employ 2 to 3+ NPs and PAs, with a robust complement of support staff.

The CEO is dedicated to provider collaboration and facilitates conference calls, meetings, lunches, etc. between providers at different locations to encourage teamwork and a comfortable relationship for second opinions and consultations, even when working at different sites.


REQUIREMENTS:
- California NP or PA license
- DEA
- 2+ years advanced practice experience in a relevant area (primary care, urgent care, etc.)
- must speak Spanish fluently
