Job Description

Seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join an outstanding clinic in Los Gatos, CA that is expanding. Provide high-quality primary care services to patients of the community.

Details:

• Full-time, direct hire position

• Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm

• Provide direct patient care, including COVID-19 and respiratory patients

• Provide quality and population health services

• Collaborate with physicians and other APPs

• Assist with necessary video visits for other locations that need access to care

• EMR: Epic

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of primary care experience required

• Board Certified

• Valid California Nurse Practitioner license
