Seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse for our Internal Medicine practice in Wethersfield.
Primary responsibilities will include contacting all Medicare chronic patients on a weekly basis to document updates. 24-32 hours a week with flexible hours.
Requirements:
Candidate must be licensed in CT.
Excellent patient, communication, and organizational skills required.
Must have very good phone skills with the elderly.
