Overview:
DaVita Medical Group is looking for a Full-Time Nurse Practitioner to join our House Calls team in the South Bay Region. The clinicians we seek are those who practice medicine with a focus on patient care, not volume. We want our clinicians to take the time needed to truly address the patient’s needs.

Position Details:
- 8am-5pm Mon-Fri (1.0 FTE)
- 6 PPD - Elderly Chronicaly ill, Homebound patients
- House Calls - inherent travel ($1000 monthly stipend)
- Night Call via phone 2-3 times a month
- Primary area of responsibility for this position is Carson and surrounding south bay communities
- Technological supplies provided to do the job remotely and more efficiently
- Excellent support from physician leads, hospitalists and care managers
- Full autonomy within scope of practice in the field caring for the patients
- Unrestricted CA medical license
- Current CA DEA certificate required prior to start date
- BE/BC
- Excellent communication skills and rapport builder
- Team oriented
