Family Or Adult Certified Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) needed for ongoing Tuesday & Thursday coverage near Sugar Hill, GA. Round trip mileage reimbursement can be provided if traveling 20+ miles. This clinic offers a flexible schedule and competitive compensation. The ideal provider will have at least 1 year of stem cell therapy treatment experience and have general phlebotomy skills. This assignment will start part-time with the option to more hours as the volume of patients increases.

• Dates: Every Tuesday & Thursday Ongoing
• Schedule: Clinic is open 7am-5pm but provider will most likely work only 4 hours each day.
• Requirements: Active GA License, at least 1 year of Stem Cell Therapy Treatment Experience & BLS
• Compensation: Competitive compensation paid weekly via direct deposit
