Cardiothoracic Physician Assistant ( PA ) needed in Los Angeles for ongoing locums assignment. 80/20 hospital/clinic. Endoscopic vein harvesting experience required.

• Coverage needed: Sep 1 – Ongoing
• Scope of practice: Cardiothoracic surgery assist including EVH, ICU and Progressive Care Unit orders and follow-up, some clinic coverage
• Work schedule: Mon – Sat 6:30a-3p
• Call: alternating night call and weekend call, 6p-6a
• Patient population: 100% adult
• Volume: 1-2 per day with possibility of 1 add-on
• EMR: EPIC
• Req: active CA lic, DEA, BLS, ACLS, cardiothoracic surgery assist exp, EVH exp
• Compensation: Competitive hourly rate paid weekly via direct deposit
