We are seeking an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse or Physician Assistant to join our talented team in Winter Haven, FL!
Our vision is to build the Greatest Health Care Community the World has Ever Seen. For more than 25 years, we have delivered outstanding clinical care and exceptional patient experience. We are located in CA, CO, FL, NM, NV and WA.
This position is to work Monday - Friday, 8–5, seeing a well-balanced schedule of patients per day in the office with shared after-hours phone call.

Requirements:
- Graduate from accredited school of nursing and graduation from accredited program for APRN/PA including preceptorship. Master’s degree preferred
- Certification by an appropriate APRN/PA specialty board
- Current Florida State licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant Certificate
- 1 – 2 years of experience in an adult/family practice preferred with significant adult/geriatric patient experience
- Managed care experience a plus
