Primary Care Clinic
* Provide primary health care to adults and adolescents under the care of the Medical Program. This includes management of common acute and chronic illness as well as all stages of HIV Disease and chemical dependency.
* The ideal candidate can work with a diverse population, has LGBT cultural competency, and has experience working successfully with issues of substance abuse, mental health, and medical complexity. Additionally, we're looking for someone that has knowledge of co-occurring disorders and trauma-informed care. In this position you will gain experience in providing transgender health care as a part of a health center with a national reputation in transgender health. You'll also have the ability to see patients independently and utilize the full scope of your license in an integrated behavioral health/primary care model.
