Envision Physician Services is searching for a Full Time ­Nurse Practitioner or­ Physician­­ Assistant to work ­SWING SHIFT- 2p-2a or 4p-4a to become a part of our prestigious practice at Ft. Walton Beach­ Medical Center­ located in Fort Walton Beach, Florida. Quality Candidates must have experience and must be comfortable with Codes and Intubations. It is a 12 physician program with mid-level support and an open ICU with 13-beds. This is a 7on/7off facility.
