- Block Schedule; 7a-7p
- 2 physicians scheduled daily
- PRN POSITION: APP/Mid-Level takes primary night call from home- physicians will take secondary call if needed. Sometimes APP can be called in for PRN day work to help with surge/ day rounding when needed, however not usually.
- Physicians rotate pager call at night ( secondary call usually- sometimes primary call when no APP on)
- Hospitalists will manage ICU patients
- Procedures NOT required
- Hospitalist do NOT respond to codes
- EMR: Meditech
- Employee Status with benefits
- Occurrence Based Malpractice and Tail coverage provided by Envision Physician Services
- Envision Physician Services also manages the Emergency Department
