Practitioner, Advance Practice Provider and/or Physician
Assistant for Outpatient
setting

NP or PA

Background Profile:

* Advanced Oncology Certified Nurse
Practitioner/AOCNP, Nurse Practitioner/NP, Advance Practice
Provider/APP
or Physician Assistant/PA

* 1 year or more of oncology experience is
ideal

* License and Board Certification in state of
Connecticut or pending
