WMCHealth is seeking a Physician Assistant to join the Pediatric Hematology, Oncology and Stem Cell Transplantation Program with the Childhood and Adolescent Cancer and Blood Diseases Center at Westchester Medical Center in Valhalla, New York as it expands and streamlines its Pediatric Hematology services. This is an exceptional opportunity to work as part of an exciting new model with a large group of dedicated physicians and nursing support. The Physician Assistant cares for some of the most interesting and challenging pediatric hematology cases that would provide an atmosphere suitable for advanced learning, professional growth, and progress. Responsibilities would include rounding with attendings, performing admission H&Ps, outpatient visits, writing progress notes, and discharges.

The ideal candidate would have a background in inpatient Pediatrics, with a preference for or experience in Pediatric Hematology, Oncology and/or Stem Cell Transplantation. New graduates are encouraged to apply, as well. Applicants must be board certified and possess or be able to obtain a license in New York State. This is a full time, employed position within our academic group with comprehensive benefits, CME, and malpractice coverage.
