Skilled Nursing Facility Team Wants a Nurse Practitioner outside Boston, MA!
Our established practice with over 50 years of experience is looking for an experienced Nurse Practitioner (AGNP, FNP, ANP) to join us as we focus on preventive medicine and health maintenance by providing wellness exams, sick visits, and patient education as well managing long term care. Ideally, our next amazing team member will already come to us with long-term geriatric patient experience in either hospital or practice setting.
- Conduct Complex medicare assessments & routine physical exams
- Comprehensive Primary Care
- Diet/Weight Counseling & Treatment Plans
- Women's Health & General GYN
- Chronic Disease Management (Diabetes, Hypertension, etc.)
- Immunizations & TB Testing
- Referrals to Specialty Physicians as Needed
Schedule & Benefits
- Schedule: Monday - Friday 8 - 5 pm, Call: 1-2 weeknight/month, 1-weekend day/month
- Salary: $100,000.00 to $130,000.00 /year depending on Experience
