HealthCare Partners Medical Group is looking for a full time Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant to join our team in the San Gabriel Valley area. The clinicians we seek are those who practice medicine with a focus on patient care, not volume. We want our clinicians to take the time needed to truly address the patient’s needs.

Position Details
- Perform Senior Wellness Visits at our San Gabriel Valley outpatient facilities and IPA offices
- 90% of work performed in outpatient clinics, 10% nursing home or home visits
- 12-16 patients per day on average
- Schedule created two weeks in advance
- Patient visits range from 20 to 40 minutes depending on acuity
- Mon-Friday, 8am-5pm – no afterhours call or weekend responsibilities
- Unrestricted CA Medical License
- Current CA DEA certificate required prior to start date
- CA Driver's license active in good standing
- Board Certified as a Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant
- Fluent or Medical Spanish preferred, not required
- 2+ years of experience preferred
