A home health clinic in New York is seeking a physician assistant who can provide locum tenens coverage for approximately four months with a possible extension. The provider will perform annual wellness visits on six scheduled geriatric patients per day. The provider can work any five days between Monday and Saturday from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. Previous work in annual wellness visits or geriatric care is a plus in this position. This facility uses its own EMR system and will email training modules to the provider to be completed online prior to the start date.
