We have a position available in Chicago and surrounding suburbs for a dedicated Home Care NP or PA. This is an excellent opportunity for a provider with Home Care, ICU, Geriatric, or Skilled Nursing experience. Provider will be well compensated for each visit and complete an average of 8 per day. Patient care is impeccably delivered to this homebound patient base. You wont be working for a huge corporation, but a well established small business looking for the right provider to care for their valued patients. Illinois license and DEA are required.   • Earning potential 90K- over 100K
  • Monday-Friday
  • Independent Contractor role - 1099
