You will be providing inpatient primary care to adults in skilled nursing facilities. You will work a consistent daytime M-F schedule. Candidates should have at least 2 years working experience as a nurse practitioner or physician assistant as well as the ability and comfort level of working independently. Post-acute or long-term care experience is a plus!
