Job Details:
- Full-time Permanent Position (Monday-Friday position)
- The position will entail routine check-ups, providing treatment plans, and general examination of patients released from hospitals to ensure optimal improvement in health
- Must have at least 1 year of experience as NP/PA in a geriatric medicine setting
- VA license in hand or in the process are welcome to apply
