**NP/PA Geriatrics Opening in MN** * Located in Fergus Falls, MN - Fargo 60m * Full-time * Geriatrics certified Nurse Practitioner strongly preferred * Minimum of 1 year of Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner work in nursing home/assisted living settings required * Regular travel to various nursing homes and assisted living facilities in and around community * 25% of the role will be to support short & long term care units, and 75% of role will be to work in an outpatient clinic setting * No after hours on-call; M-F schedule * Full benefits including: health, dental, vision, life insurance, group health insurance, disability insurance (short and long term), & malpractice insurance * 6 weeks of paid time off * Guaranteed annual gross salary with the opportunity for additional compensation based production hours worked * Sign-on bonus, & relocation reimbursement * Paid professional dues, licensing, and professional memberships * Elective deferral plan & annual employer contribution of 7% of wages towards 401K plan (100% vested without employee contribution requirements) **Location** Fergus Falls is approximately 170 miles northwest of Minneapolis/St. Paul and 25 miles east of the North Dakota border.
