As part of our continued growth we have new opportunity for experienced PA / NP - Gastroenterology to join our specialty team. The clinicians we seek are those who practice medicine with a focus on patient care, not volume. We want our clinicians to take the time needed to truly address the patient’s needs. Position Details:

  • Region: Orange County

  • Schedule: Monday – Friday; outpatient setting only

  • Office visits, document patient’s history, perform and document examinations. Order preventative and diagnostic procedures as directed

  • Follow up appointments, review labs, patient education

  • Appointment schedule: 30 minute / 15 minute follow up appointments

  • Assist Gastroenterologists and clinical team as needed

Requirements:

  • Master’s degree from a four-year college and/or a professional certification beyond a four-year college.

  • Certificate of completion from an accredited Physician Assistant Program required.

  • Unrestricted CA PA or NP license

  • Current NCCPA or ANNC Certification required

  • Current CA DEA certificate required prior to start date

  • Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in Gastroenterology specialty

  • Proficient with in office procedures

  • Excellent time management skills

  • EMR Proficient
