JOB TYPE: 1099 Locums Contract

JOB NUMBER: 44191

DESCRIPTION:

· 4/1- ongoing, 7a-5p, On call- Rotating, 24-hr weekend call

· Rotating weeks for 2 months or two weeks on two weeks off

· Outpatient clinic pre op and post op appointments/rounding

· EMR: EPIC

REQUIRED:

· ID state license; active, unrestricted

· Board Certified

· Certifications- ACLS and BLS

COMPENSATION:

· Competitive Market Rate

· Malpractice insurance provided

SCHEDULE:

· 4/1- ongoing, 7a-5p, On call- Rotating, 24-hr weekend call
