Nestled in the foothills of the Catskill Mountains, where eagles fly overhead, Callicoon is a charming town steeped in history and rich in sightseeing opportunities. Located on the banks of the Delaware River, Callicoon offers many water sport activities, eagle watching, fishing, and an abundance of beautiful wildlife.

We currently have an open position for a knowledgeable and experience FNP or PA to join our growing team to lead a new Family Medicine office in Callicoon, N.Y.

This is an excellent opportunity for a provider who is motivated, has an entrepreneurial spirit, and is eager to join an organization with strong support infrastructure. Our providers work closely with other Middletown Medical specialists to provide coordinated, comprehensive care for patients across the Hudson Valley and beyond.
