Marketing Assistant – Part-time

AB Staffing Solutions has been a nationwide leader in the Healthcare Staffing industry since 2002. We are looking for driven, motivated, professionals who are interested in making an impact in the travel nursing & healthcare staffing industry.

The Marketing Assistant will work in an entry-level role to support the Marketing Department with a variety of lead generation, sales and brand awareness initiatives. This role will assist in projects such as content creation, email marketing, editing copy, sales presentations, digital ads, social media, employee events and other related duties.

This is a part time role that will support our Sales & Recruitment Marketing efforts. College juniors, seniors or recent graduates are welcome to apply. The position is located in our Gilbert, AZ office

Responsibilities:

• Support Marketing Manager in marketing planning and strategy as well as day-to-day execution of marketing activities
• Proof and edit marketing materials
• Help create content for social media, blogs, etc.
• Respond to comments on social media posts, ads and review sites
• Assist with Email marketing – pulling lists and launching emails in several different platforms
• Assist with employee events, office functions or other related activities as needed
• Coordinate logistics for conferences and tradeshows

Required Qualifications:

• Working towards or already obtained BA degree in marketing, communications or related field
• Knowledge of relevant social media, marketing tools, and applications
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) required
• Excellent writing & editing skills
• Self-motivated, team player, creative and detail-oriented
