Full time position available near San Mateo, CA. This outpatient FQHC provides Primary Care, Mental Health and Addiction Treatment to the community. Provider should have experience or a strong desire to serve in this area of care. Your schedule will be split between 2 locations within 15 minutes of each other. You will be on a set schedule 3 days providing Primary Care in a Behavioral outpatient clinic, 2 days visiting a nearby treatment center. Experienced Providers with CA License, DEA, NPI and ideally X-Waiver are requested for this role. Position offers a competitive salary, full benefits and qualification for loan repayment options.
