Client seeks Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for part-time contract assignment Mondays & Tuesdays ASAP-December 29 at their onsite employee health center in Southeastern Minnesota near Austin. Provider will see ages newborn+ to provide Primary Care, acute episodic care, wellness exams, & biometric screenings. Clinic also dispenses pre-packaged medications as needed. Clinic hours are Monday 12:00pm-8:00pm with a 30-minute lunch break, and Tuesday 8:00am-1:30pm. Ability to speak Spanish is strongly preferred for this clinic. Provider must have 2+ years of clinical experience to qualify for this assignment. Exact shift dates are November 16, 17, 23, 24, & 30 and December 1, 7, 8, 14, 15, 21, 22, 28, & 29.
