Any full-time hire will be interviewed based on our mission statement to "show the love of the Lord Jesus Christ thorough Accessible, Quality Healthcare". We are a distinctly and distinctively Christian organization which means that we are not just religious in nature, but we are Christian. This fact comes through frequently and almost "in your face".

We operate as a FQHC and HRSA Grantee. In a day a provider can see between 8 and 15 patients. Care can range from an infant well-child check to a massive MVA all in the same day. We are 2 1/2 hours from the nearest McDonalds (in the summer, add an hour+ in the winter) with abundant hunting, fishing, camping, and hiking. Temps will drop below -20f for most of November through January and we WILL hit -50 once or twice per year.

We offer Medical/Dental/Life/AD&D/Simple IRA with a 3% matching contribution. We have housing available for low-cost rent (my 5-bedroom is $1000/month) and all of the units are with 1000 yards of the clinic location.

Providers get a standard 20-day vacation benefit, sick-time accrual, $2500/year in CME.
