2. Primary Care: to be part of a 3-5 physician “team” primarily seeing scheduled follow-up visits and some same-day visits. Plus some physical exams, main focus will be the management of chronic disease with some acute care. Mon-Fri – 8 to 5.
3. Urgent Care: Urgent Care/Emergency experience Preferred, All Ages, 10 hour shifts, 3-4 shifts per

week, Clinic is open 365 days a year

6. SNF - Geriatrics- Duties include Rounding at Nursing homes and conducting Clinic for Seniors and Geriatrics, Mon – Fri 8 to 5, no Call
7. Rheumatology: examines, diagnoses, and consults and give appropriate course of treatment, Experience not requires, Will train Mon – Fri 8 to 5, no Call,
