NP will join a mission driven team that serves the needs of children & adults in Central Massachusetts area

Provider’s Role with the Company:

• Full-time role 5 days a week (Option for 1 day telecommute)
• Provides primary care and preventative services within outpatient setting
• Offers acute, chronic and urgent care services to underserved community
• Acts as member of clinical team working collaboratively with collegial staff
• 15-20 patients seen daily
• No weekends

Background Profile:

• Family Nurse Practitioner / FNP, Adult Nurse Practitioner/ ANP or Physician Assistant/ PA

• License and Board Certification in state of Massachusetts
• Great clinical background
