1) Desirable city location in the Willamette Valley FQCHC seeks Family, Adult or Geriatric Nurse Practitioner to provide primary care to an undeserved population.
The center provides outpatient services to over 18,000 adults and children annually. The clinic is a participant in the National Health Service Corps (NHSC) Loan Repayment Program. Schedule: Mon - Fri; 8:00am-5:00pm, 9:00am - 6:00pm and/or 10:00am-7:00pm. One year of nurse practitioner experience preferred.

2) CENTRAL OREGON CASCADES: Community Clinic seeks Family and Adult Medicine nurse practitioners. Experience working independently with a medically high risk patient population is preferred. Federal loan repayment site.

3) CENTRAL OREGON CASCADES: EMERGENCY NURSE PRACTITIONER sought to work under the supervision of the Emergency Department Director and the Emergency Department Medical Director. Will provide care to patients across the lifespan with urgent primary care needs, acute and chronic illnesses or injuries. Qualifications experience and/or practicum in an Emergency Department setting. BLS, ACLS, PALS/ENPC TNCC/TEAM, Code Gray, Moderate Sedation preferred.

4) Central Oregon Cascades: Nurse Practitioner-OB/GYN clinic. Previous OB/GYN Clinic experience preferred but not required.

5) Central Oregon Cascades: Nurse Practitioner Urgent Care experience preferred. ANCC certification required. (ACNP; AANP, FNP or GNP)

Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required at date of hire.
ACLS is preferred in some settings.

6) MSG group in a small metro area of the Willamette Valley seeks mid-level Pain Management Provider. Nurse practitioners and physician assistants, both experienced providers and new grads, interested in developing expertise in chronic pain management in a medical home setting will be considered. 100% outpatient. Large referral base of primary care providers.

7) WILLAMETTE VALLEY LOCATION: Certified Nurse Midwife (CFNM). The birth center provides the full scope midwifery and well woman services. It offers two private birth suites with birth tubs in a spa like environment. Clinical services are provided at the prenatal clinic. Births are at a free standing birth center or hospital setting. Well established relationships with OB/GYN group and hospital staff. CABC accreditation. Licensure by the OHA. Full hospital privileges. 445 babies were delivered by nurse midwives in 2015. 110 at the birth center and 335 at the hospital. Call schedule: 1st call, 2nd call, and weekend call. Work schedule 2 clinic days, 2 12 hour call shifts per week, and call every 3rd weekend per month.

8) Eugene/Springfield: Outpatient FNP opportunity Eugene/Springfield multi-specialty group. Will consider new grad with RN experience.

9) SOUTHERN OREGON: Nurse Practitioner to join Hospitalist team. Experience as a Nurse Practitioner in an inpatient setting is highly preferred. Will consider new grad with inpatient RN experience.

10) SOUTHERN OREGON: Nurse Practitioner to join Primary Care team. 1-2 years in a primary care setting is preferred. Will consider new grad with RN experience.

11) Southern Oregon opportunity for Family or Adult Nurse Practitioner sought for practice in a fully integrated primary care/behavioral health setting

  • Salary for full time Practitioner (part-time employee-salary is prorated): $115,000 - $145,000 DOQ;

Full or part-time Nurse Practitioner for highly ranked integrated adult primary care clinic with on-site behavioral health providers, dental services, pharmacy services and administrative support. This integrated clinic is the first of its kind in the state to receive a STAR 5 designation for integrated, coordinated and patient centered services. The employer is a private nonprofit agency with a full continuum of evidence-based integrated behavioral health and medical services such as outpatient, residential, sub-acute crisis services, mobile and outreach services and housing, with a staff of 400.
