Details:

  • Permanent, full-time position
  • Provide exceptional preventive and proactive adult primary care
  • Assess, treat, control, and prevent patient illness and disease
  • Perform direct patient care including physical exams, evaluations, assessments, diagnoses, and treatment
  • Administer medications and treatment plans as prescribed
  • Provide coaching and education to meet patient needs
  • Review and conduct daily tasks while on shift
  • Work and communicate with a dynamic support team
  • Utilize clinic resources

Qualifications

  • Medical/Master’s degree and certification
  • Valid California medical license
  • Valid controlled substance license with a DEA license with no restrictions
  • ACLS and PALS license (within 3 months of hire)
