About the POSITION:
- Primary Care – Advanced Practice Provider – Float Position
- APP experience is required; prefer 5+ years in a primary care setting
- Travel between sites, as needed; Sites are located less than 1 hour of each other
- Collaborate with a strong team of compassionate healthcare professionals
