Medical Doctor Associates (MDA) is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide full time coverage at Chinle Indian Health Center in Chinle, AZ.

Setting: NP/PA for the Outpatient Dept.
Period of Performance (POP): As soon as credentialed through 12/31/2019
Schedule: 40 hours per week Mon - Fri 8am to 5pm
Requirements: Any active state license, DEA, BLS, ACLS
