Our client is seeking an experienced Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for an outpatient opportunity in Baldwin, Wisconsin. (30 min from St. Paul, MN) As the lead provider, you will provide primary care, chronic disease management and promote health & wellness principles to the employees of a respected employer.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s Degree: Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with Board Certification
  • 1+ years’ experience; family practice
