We are seeking an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse or Physician Assistant to work as a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Rounder to join our talented team in the Tampa Bay Area, FL!

Our providers work Monday - Friday, 8–5, seeing a well-balanced schedule of patients per day in the office with shared after-hours call (phone only).

Requirements:

• Graduate from accredited school of nursing and graduation from accredited program for APRN/PA including preceptorship. Master’s degree preferred
• Certification by an appropriate APRN/PA specialty board
• Possess a current and valid Florida state license
• Florida State licensed Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant Certificate
• Five years of experience in an adult/family practice preferred with significant adult/geriatric patient experience
• Managed care experience a plus
