Join a father/daughter team that specializes in HIV/AIDS care. You don't need experience in this field of medicine, as they will gladly pay to have you trained and certified. You would work 4 days in the clinic, and have one day to get your admin done. Never on call. And clinic is closed on weekends.

Inshore species include redfish, speckled trout, flounder, snook, tarpon and many more. Offshore anglers can target marlin, sailfish, dorado, snapper, grouper, amberjack, and on and on around the many oil platforms found throughout the Gulf.
