Family Practice – FPA Opportunity - Northeast of Denver, Colorado!!
Turn-key plug in play position with mature hospital group practice using EMR
Position open due to current provider has notified us that she is not returning from maternity leave.
Employed by hospital
Experienced preferred but could consider right candidate out of training
PA’s work with collaborating physician
To join Two IM’s and 3 FP’s and two other mid-levels.
Outgoing provider has been seeing 250 patients a month
Could be in bonus range at the first year. Most mid-levels will bonus. Salary is MGMA Median – about $90 -$100K. + 50% of positive EBIITDA. On P&L if positive for their work, then candidate receives a bonus.
Full benefits package, i.e – Health, Dental, Vision, Disability, 401K with employer matching, Vacation / PTO Days, Sick Days, etc.
Ability to do some procedures – minor lump and bumps is welcome but not required.
Pediatrics experienced – call rotation every 6th Saturday – all 6 rotate a Saturday.
Candidate be open to call rotation – 7am – 7pm – hours. One day week or early or late. Extended hours.
This is a permanent position, not locums.
