- Work Dates Needed: ASAP-5/31/2024 with possible extension
- Preferred Schedule: Monday-Thursday then Tuesday-Friday from 8a-7p. Must cover at least 1 weekend per month, Saturday/Sunday from 8a-12p
- Worksite Setting: Acute Care- Outpatient- Employee Health Clinic
- Scope of Work: Onsite Employee Health Clinic
- Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: Active NV licensure, NV CDS, BLS, DEA. Must be able to see all ages, be able to splint and suture, and perform minor procedures
- EMR: EPIC
- Pay Rate Preferred: $70-$80 per hour plus expenses
