Duration: 6 months preferred, 3 months min, with extensions as needed
Shift: 8a-6p 4 days per week; clinic opened 8a-6p Monday - Saturday. Set schedule will be 4 shifts Monday - Friday with 1 day off during the week, then any weekend shifts will be mutually agreed to in advance between site and provider and normally will be extra shifts vs. working less than 4 shifts during the week.
