REQUIREMENTS

| Certifications required: (BC, BE, or GP) (BLS, ACLS, ATLS, PALS): Board Certified & BLS, DEA |
| Background Experience: Must have 2 years of experience minimum |
| Credentialing Requirements/Timeframe: On clean files, we can get things done pretty quickly. |

LOGISTICS
| Closest major city, airport: Portland, OR (47 minutes - 26.8 miles) |

| Dates: Full time - Would like a 3 or 6 month commitment. |
