Outpatient Clinic
Patient Volume: 2 - 2.5/hr
Staff Mix: 13 providers (mix of MDs, NPs, PAs, MAs and OB.
EMR: EPIC
Additional Information: The city is located in the northern end of the Willamette Valley between Portland and Salem. Interstate 5 connects it to major cities to the north and south.
